Happy Couple: Dena + Yanis

Location: Domaine Brassicole, Orford

A few weeks after Dena and Yanis’ beautiful and intimate wedding, they, along with Isabella from Dakor Events set up a private picnic at Domaine Brassicole, a sunflower field not far from Montreal. Although sunflower season was over and it was at least 15 degrees cooler, it couldn’t have been a more perfect and picturesque setting. Truly, it felt as though we were in The Sound of Music with the mountains lining the horizon, the sun setting and painting the sky beautiful orange, pink and blue pastels, and Dena and Yanis looking like they came straight out of a fairytale. It didn’t hurt that we played the entire Sound of Music soundtrack while we were shooting!
